Google Calendar

You can now access the Annual Meeting schedule online. Three separate Google calendars have been developed to allow you to view the schedule, and add specific events to your own calendars or integrate entire calendar on your personal calendars: Annual Meeting overview calendar, Annual Meeting detail calendar and NASPGHAN Nutrition Symposium. You can follow instructions below to integrate google calendar to your personal google account or use the buttons to open calendar on a separate web page or input calendar to your Outlook or other calendar software compatible with iCal links.
 

ADDING NASPGHAN ANNUAL MEETING EVENTS TO YOUR CALENDAR

USING THE NASPGHAN GOOGLE CALENDAR 

A) If you use Google Calendar on a desktop/laptop:

1.  Go to calendar.google.com (and sign-in if necessary)

2.  Along the left side, under “Other Calendars”, click on the box reading “Add a friend’s calendar” or “Add a co-worker’s calendar”.

Copy and paste the following Google addresses for corresponding calendars:

Annual Meeting – Overview Calendar: naspghan.org_286nbokp6kjtr1oiauvct72tos@group.calendar.google.com
 
 

Annual Meeting – Detailed Calendar: naspghan.org_cdipanuh8s5iho3fhua5c17st4@group.calendar.google.com

4.  Repeat for each of the above calendars that you wish to add. 

The NASPGHAN Calendars will now be viewable in your Google Calendar. 

To add an event to your personal/work calendar, do the following: 

1.  Click on the specific event.
2.  Click on “Copy to my calendar”.
