Henoch-Schoenlein Purpura Vasculitis
Endoscopic photograph of the gastric antrum in a 9 yo with vomiting and abdominal pain. The duodenum could not be intubated secondary to severe edema, erythema and brusing. The patient developed purpuric skin lesions several days later and was diagnosed with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura. (CAL)
