Maintenance of Certification Task Force

The goal of the MOC Task Force task force is to provide all appropriate mechanisms, resources and technical support necessary to complete the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program to NASPGHAN members who wish to do so. To fulfill its mission, the Task Force is committed to developing a series of educational activities that are clinically and practically meaningful to pediatric gastroenterologists, and that can be used to fulfill Parts II (lifelong learning and self-assessment programs) and IV (performance in practice) of the ABP MOC program.  Task force members meet quarterly to review and approve MOC activities as authored by NASPGHAN committees, as well as to review progress and feedback regarding MOC activities to ensure their continuing approval, as required by the ABP.
