Alaska - Pediatric Gastroenterologist
Providence Health & Services is seeking a pediatric gastroenterologist to join a busy practice at The Children´s Hospital at Providence (TCHAP). Currently the group includes one pediatric gastroenterologist and one Advanced Nurse Practitioner. This is an opportunity to cover the full range of Peds GI and candidates must be comfortable with all major areas of the specialty (other than peri-operative transplant care) and virtually all relevant procedures. Advantages of this practice include availability of experienced endoscopy assistants and anesthesiologists for all procedures, including those done after hours. A full pediatric hospitalist service is available; pediatric gastroenterologists are consult only. Clinic is currently utilizing Epic EMR. The practice draws from the population base of the entire state of Alaska, about 723,000 people. Academic and clinical research activities are available, as well as opportunities for consultative practice with other facilities in the area. This hospital-employed position offers highly competitive compensation with cost-of-living adjustment and generous, comprehensive benefits. Private practice model also available. The Division of Gastroenterology at the Nemours Children’s Hospital (NCH) Orlando seeks full-time pediatric gastroenterologists to join our team.
Call will be for pediatric gastroenterology service only, with no adult GI call.
Applicants should be Board Certified in Pediatrics, have completed an ABMS-accredited Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship and have subspecialty certificate in pediatric gastroenterology from the American Board of Pediatrics.
Our practice cares for children with acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders, including abdominal pain, gastro-esophageal reflux, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease and nutritional and feeding disorders. Massachusetts - Research Faculty
We are seeking an outstanding MD or MD/PhD for a position as research faculty to run an independent program addressing broad aspects of the epidemiology or outcomes research of inflammatory bowel disease in children. This is an assistant professor tenure track appointment.
Candidates with innovative scholarship and expertise in clinical medicine, epidemiology, outcomes research, and bioinformatics are encouraged to apply. The new hire will participate in a vibrant research group, MD MD/PhD fellowship training program, and have access to a growing basic and translational research community in inflammatory bowel diseases.
Applicants must possess a MD or MD/PhD and appropriate clinical training in gastroenterology and post-doctoral research experience. West Virginia University School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics is seeking an academic physician to join the Section of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The ideal candidate will be primarily involved with clinical services and teaching of residents and medical students, but ample opportunities exist in both clinical and basic research.
WVU Children’s Hospital is the premier site within the state for primary through tertiary care of children. All pediatric subspecialties are represented in the department. The Pediatric Gastroenterology section enjoys access to a full range of the latest technology and clinical services, including high definition endoscopy, pH and impedance monitoring, capsule endoscopy and anorectal manometry. Close collaboration is maintained with the adult digestive disease section.

Wisconsin - Pediatric Gastroenterologist at Assistant or Associate Professor Level
The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking a pediatric gastroenterologist at the assistant or associate professor (CHS) level. Candidates should have an interest in providing clinical care and teaching within a vibrant academic medical center. Additionally, candidates should be board certified in Pediatrics and BC/BE in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.
The new 60-bed American Family Children’s Hospital, opened in August 2007, is the only facility in Madison exclusively devoted to the care and treatment of children. It receives tertiary referrals from throughout the state where pediatricians from every subspecialty practice.
